We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful Victorian civil war era rose carved gorgeous sofa that dates from the 1860s to 1870s. Obviously, the entire sofa has been reupholstered in a green and beige silk like looking fabric with a buttoned and pleated back that is to die for against the warm patina of the solid black walnut hand rose carved sofa frame. It is simply stunning in person. There are a couple of small seam cracks on the frame, which is normal and has nothing to do with the structure. The overall size is 55 inches wide, 26 inches deep and 31 inches high. The seat height is 16 inches. The condition is mind boggling right out of the home.
