Bought this TV brand new from Best Buy in October 2018 and within a couple months a small hard plastic kids toy glanced the upper left corner of the screen and caused a small baseball size black spot. It was just that small black area for about a month and then someone I know who used to fix electronics and TVs mentioned that pressing on the black area or around it could reduce the spot but unfortunately it caused some lines in the picture. It still works and I've actually been using it when I have to the picture just isnt the greatest. Outer screen has no damage and other than the picture quality TV works just as it did out of the box. Not sure if its fixable or not I never had a repair man come to check it out because we got another one right after the holidays. Pictures show the issue and the manufacturers tag on the back along with the thickness of the TV on a wall mount. Also if there are just certain parts or circuit boards, power supply you would like from the TV you can message me about it to see about buying just what you want. Any questions feel free to ask.
