Vintage Deep-Vue Life Like 3D Realist Stereo Viewer Stereoviewer + 40 Original Stereo Slides from 1950-1960s EraVIEWER HAS BEEN SERVICED, TESTED & WORKS GREAT!___________________________________________________ I have been involved with 3D for the past 30 years, both as a professional photographer and a collector, but I have finally decided it's time to part ways with some of my favorite things. This is a white colored Life Like Stereo Viewer for Realist Format slides made by the Dep-Vue Corp. It takes two "D" size batteries which are not included. Condition:The viewer has been carefully used and is still in EXCELLENT condition! It still works as good as it ever did... I have completely taken it apart and cleaned everything inside - the DC electrical has been checked and all contact points have been cleaned. The lenses are clean and clear. It has a brand new bulb and I cleaned the focus control. This viewer turns itself on automatically when a slide is inserted into it, and has a unique switch on the bottom that when set down, automatically shuts off the light and saves the battery if the slide is still inside. Everything works perfect as it was intended! This is a light weight viewer that provides ample illumination for just about any stereo slide. Also included is 40 aluminum, aluminum and glass, and cardboard mounted slides from the 1950s and early 1960s. Most slides appear to have been taken around the house and yard.
