Antique (mid to late 1800's) copper/brass cooking pot, 9in x 7 in, VG - $77 - (Indianapolis, IN)

Antique (mid to late 1800's) copper/brass cooking pot, 9 inches diameter x 7 inches deep, all brass construction except steel wire bale/handle. Well used (original patina - has not been polished) but intact, no cracks, no leaks , no critical damage. Could be polished to brightness or keep the old patina. Pot is similar to ones that were pictured in use during the American Civil War and post civil war exploration of the American continent. Pot is un-marked as to manufacturer or manufacturer's embossed stamp (usually on bottom/outside) may be worn off. Handle connection to pot is riveted on, and top of pot shows minor fluting from manufacturing process. Successful auction winner agrees to accept shipping and handling for 3+ lbs which includes Delivery Confirmation within the continental (lower 48) United States only.
