Richard Steiff Bear, # 0150 / 32 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Being offered is this is a medium-sized adorable Richard Steiff Bear..... Beige / Grey in color. This limited edition bear was produced in Western-Germany by Steiff in 1983 as a special commemorative for the 80th birthday of their first teddy bear based on the prototype designed by Margarete Steiff's nephew, Richard, the previous year. He is 5-way jointed and is made of beautiful grey mohair. He has black shoe-button eyes, a black hand-embroidered nose, mouth and claws, and light tan suede pads. He stands approximately 13 inches (33 cm) tall and 10 inches (23 cm) sitting. He has the Steiff button-in-ear brass metal button and white cloth tag with black writing which has the following: "STEIFF KNOPF IM OHR 0150/32" and on the back it says "Covering 50% wool 50% cotton Made in Western-Germany".
