Sweet Vintage Steiff Margaret Strong Teddy Bear, 0156/26, Signed - $40 - (Shawnee, OK)

This adorable vintage Steiff teddy bear is part of the Margaret Strong design. He is made of mohair, with glass eyes and is jointed. He has leather paw pads that are signed and dates. About 10" tall. The body of the bear is in great condition, but, as is common with the leather-pad bears of this era, his paw pads are quite scuffed. Please see all photos. From a non-smoking, non-vaping home. I am downsizing my collection of artist bears and buddies due to a cross-country move happening this spring or summer, hence this listing. I always ship insured and in clean packaging.
