Here is a vintage hand embroidered natural Linen pillowcase or pillow cover featuring a pattern of flowers and butterflies. The work is outstanding and the crocheted lace edging is unusual and expertly done. Pictures do not do the intricate work justice and it measures approximately 1 1/2 inches in length. There are no holes or soiling on the case or the edging with the exception of a pin head sized spot on the back. The pillow opening is ready to sew closed around a pillow or hem for use as a pillowcase. The total measurements including the lace edging 17 1/2 and 25 1/2 inches.
