The Black Out Loud Conference is a three-day event dedicated to celebrating/centering Black narrative and visibility. The themes for Black Out Loud 2019 will focus on criminal justice reform, financial empowerment and mental health awareness in the Black community. Black Out Loud seeks to empower its attendees by offering communicative tools and inspiration to push their stories within the margins. The 2nd annual Black Out Loud will be held at Southern University-Baton Rouge
