Listing is for one long armed wall mount hook, with foam for guitars...other instruments...may even use for tools? It measures about 13" overall with four mounting holes and a covered hook. There's a button latch to move the arm to either side (see pics). We have several available, new in plastic sleeve, some have some storage wear to foam covering - as example in pics.
