Big Beautiful Antique Victorian Handmade Battenburg Tape Lace High Neck Collar - $45 - (Union, KY)

Beautiful example of handmade Battenburg or tape lace is in the form of a ladies collar measuring approximately 23” across, and 8 1/2" long in front where lace comes to a point. I did not launder the collar but it is not soiled and has no strong musty smell. It is in very good condition. I could only find one small place where a thread has possibly broken ( see last photo).
