Other than those problems, it looks like it has been used a short time. We also tested that it charges and runs with a different battery set, so replacement batteries are all that is needed - the batteries that are in it do not run the scooter at all. The switch could also be replaced pretty easily. Please see our photos to confirm the condition of the actual item.
