Land Deed from a Prominent Long Island (New York) Family [Deed] Manuscript Document Signed: Benjamin Hutchinson [3rd. 1704-1774, son of Col. Samuel Hutchinson] of the town of Southhold.December 18, 1760 to his son, Benjamin Hutchinson [4th], 900 acres in Southhold bordering the land of Matthias Hutchinson. 12 1/2 x 7 3/4 inches. Mounted.
