Up for sale is this Traditions by Byers' Choice Ltd. Sugar Cookie Cottage Gingerbread House. This item is in like new condition in its original box with original styrofoam. It was probably only displayed a couple times around the Christmas holiday. This house is approx. 11" wide by 8" deep and 14" tall and is made from a heavy resin type material. It has a padded foam bottom so it doesn't create scratches when you place it on your furniture. This padded bottom shows a little bit of dirt.
