It is Hardcover and in very good condition but I do not have a Dust Jacket ( not sure if it ever had one? ). I have sold a LOT of Annuals and Yearbooks over the last 17 years on ebay but to me this is the BEST ! It has a beautiful tooled Cover and Binding with a OWL MOTIFF in the center. The photos show Sports Teams - Clothing - Hair Styles - and Advertising from the period of 1928. It does show light wear on the corners of the covers ( see photo ) but there is no moisture stains or writing of any kind. The Binding is tight and the Pages are clean and crisp. Maybe there is someone you know or knew in the Yearbook or even better maybe someone FAMOUS !
