Vintage Shoe Polish Brush with Wooden handle, Army Air Force Exchange Service # 9043. Measures 8 1/4" long and 2 " high , approx. 2 3/4" across . There is much wear on wood area of brush, ( see picture) bristle are good, maybe horse hair (doesn't say) they are very soft and intact.
