1957 13.5" Man Apple Head Doll Winner Indiana State Fair All Handmade - $80 - (Richmond, IN)

Made by Dorothy McCullough of Hagerstown, Indiana, in 1957, this 13 1/2" apple head doll is a dressed up man with a walking stick. Dot not only made the doll, she also sewed all the clothing. Doll has been kept in a glass dome, so is not dusty and is in excellent condition. She won the blue ribbon "First Premium" in Applied Sciences at the Indiana State Fair. That ribbon is included. If, by chance, the winning bidder does not want the glass dome and stand, don't pay the eBay generated invoice. Message me and I will reinvoice with a revised lower shipping rate. Otherwise, I will wrap small bubble around doll; place it inside dome, and bubble/box.
