Forum restaurant side bowls Shenango - $13 - (Clinton, MO)

The pair of the restaurant bowls from the "forum" were made by the shenango china company in new castle pa, usa. They are 5 3/8 across diameter heavy china with the forum design around the edge but not the name. Each does have three evenly spaced spots that are unfinished on the back. It looks like from the finish in the kiln. One does show small brown spots.
