This is a very cute pet carrier for a small animal called Pet Parlor. It is suitable for a small dog, cat or any animal It is 11" high not counting handles, 16" long and 8" wide. It has a durable netting on both side for air to pass through and the one side has two zippers on both sides. The top has two zippers across the top. The handles have an 11" drop so it is suitable for carrying on shoulder. It is made of a heavy durable fabric and the bottom and the top are reinforced with a heavy plastic or something like that inside the fabric. It has two pouches on the outside on the back for supplies. It has never been used.
