We used one of these for a mock up on a build, never took the other one out of the plastic wrapper. They have never been connected and purchased 2 months ago. Paperwork with them for warranty purposes. One has small scratches on the "logo" on the back. See pics of it in particular, that is the only damage to them, flawless otherwise.
