If you have a newer neo system that uses a 9v or higher power supply, try playing MSX as is. If you get a black screen then you will need to use the switch which will enable the MSX fix. The switch isn't required for first gen or 5v systems. The switch should also be turned off after you've used it for MSX as this fix is for that one title only.
