HARDTAIL STRATOCASTER/partscaster, w/deluxe Fender bag. REDUCED AGAIN - $330 - (Evansville, IN)
This is a braaaand neeew Strat style partscaster that I just completed today. It has a sold white poplar body with a solid maple neck and fretboard, bone nut, 12-16 inch radius, standard Fender scale 25 1/2 inch. The neck is beautifully finished in a glossy satin finish with polished frets and smoooooth fret ends.It has GM pickups which are BOTH alnico 2 and alnico 5. The balanced sound across the strings is incredible for a smooth vintage Fender sound. It has a hardtail bridge with one small chip next to the D string ferrule. If you look close at Pic 2 you can barely see it. I am discounting the price from 399.00 to 329.00 because of this chip and whatever minor handling and assembly flaws there might be. You will have to adjust the strings to your own taste. I gave it a roughed-in setup and believe me you will love these frets.
