AIR TS-3AW Atmospheric Instrument Weather Balloon Kite Electric Winch. Used, but in great working order. 120V. Has corded remote with variable speed in or out. Spool appears to hold thousands of feet of strong flat line. Unit weighs 62lbs. Originally used for Meteorological Atmospheric research. Could also be used for kites, large instrument balloons or ?????.
