This listing is for 12 Pink Naked Lady bulbs, freshly dug from my flower garden. These lily bulbs are also known as Surprise Lilies or Resurrection Lilies. A cold winter is needed for these bulbs to produce flowers, so warmer climates (such as California or Florida) may not produce the desired blooms. These are Heirloom bulbs that come up each year. Green foliage comes up in January, then is mowed over or withers and dies naturally. In late summer, single stalks 12-18 inches tall come up and bear the flowers – seven blooms per stalk. These flowers have no leaves at the base, or on the stalk or near the flowers. Perfect for new gardeners because they are low maintenance and very easy to grow. Bulbs will be shipped "bare root" and need to be planted as soon as possible after receipt, about 6 inches deep and in a sunny location. The bulbs may not bloom in their first season, as they must first re-establish a good root system. Thanks for looking!
