JW Tucker American Coin Silver (.900) Medallion Spoon - $35 - (Billings, MT)

For sale is this very nice example of an American coin silver (.900) medallion spoon. The size is roughly 5 7/8" long & 1 1/4" wide. J.W. Tucker was in business in San Francisco CA in 1852 and was a retailer of high quality silver. He passed in 1876 but the business continued for another 10 years. In my opinion the spoon is in very good condition considering their age and function. There is a shallow dent in the bowl that can be seen in the photos. It has a beautiful script monogram on the back of the spoon.
