One other unit has started slip from the cylinder as shown in the last 2 photos. It looks like someone pulled too hard and the glue failed. It may or may not be repairable. I am unfamiliar with these units and therefor make no claims. The prior owner believed them to be functional - but they didn't note the slip/glue failure in the one. Please see pictures.
