We don't see any obvious holes in the fabric pictures (and we hope we didn't miss any). There is some wear and tear along edge (with a couple edge holes). The wood is old and breaks easily. It is broken, but the tapestry seems really nice. Seems to be a scene in a tavern with entertainment. Eagle over fireplace, dog on floor near from, woman dancing with tamborine, men playing instrument, etc. Earth-tone colors.
