2016 MILLER BIG BLUE 500, 2016 Big Blue® 500 Pro (Kubota) Clean, quiet, Multi-process machine delivers up to 500 amps of welding power with an EPA Tier four Final engine, ideal for heavy use. The Miller® Big Blue® 500 Pro is a 500 amp diesel welder that produces nearly zero diesel emissions. The Big Blue 500 Pro packs up to 500 amps of welding output at 100% duty cycle and provides 27,000 peak watts of 3-phase aux generator power and 15,000 peak watts of 1-phase aux generator power. It is capable of carbon arc gouging using up to 3/8" diameter carbons. When paired with the appropriate wire feeder, it can perform MIG, and flux-cored welding operations.
