Dawn to Dusk: A One-Day Yoga and Hiking Retreat - N.A. - (Palomar Mountain, CA)
You're invited to a special one-day getaway! Yoga and hiking and lots of good food! The beautiful forest and mountain meadows of Palomar Mountain State Park are in northern San Diego County on the west side of Palomar Mountain. Large pine, fir and cedar trees make the park 1 of the few areas in southern California with a Sierra Nevada-like atmosphere. The scenery of the Doane Valley Campground includes open meadows and thick coniferous oak forests. Just an hour and a half from San Diego, elevation within the park averages 5,000 ft above sea level. Get away for the day! The world-famous Palomar Observatory is just a twenty minute drive away and open during the day if you choose to include that in your adventure. What's included: three meals, 2 yoga classes, guided hike and meditation, and time for personal reflection. (Tickets also available by check, app, or cash in person)
