Antique Pressed Steel Toy Airplane - WWI French Fighter Plane W/ Flywheel Motor - RARE c. 1920's - Good overall condition with some wear from age- Dates to early 1920's or late 1910's- Original paint shows normal age wear - Original target decals show wear from age- Appears to have had a pilot figure in the cockpit which is no longer present- Aside from the missing pilot, this toy is all original and complete- Features early style flywheel friction motor powering the front wheels- Propeller spins, and wheels turn as they should - Flywheel motor still works- Measures about 13.5" Long W 13" Wingspan This is an excellent early pressed steel toy airplane. It has very nice detail with realistic vents, detailed wheels, and moving wheels and propeller. I could not find any makers marks on this toy airplane.
