Great care is taken on all orders, to ensure orders are properly boxed, wrapped and packaged to lower the chances of any damages during transit. I do not find old boxes and cheap packing materials to ship your valuable items in. All items are white glove handled before and during packing. I do my best to have all orders packed and shipped off on time. There have been times, however, that mother nature had different plans. I am now using USPS or UPS pickup to try to eliminate those types of hiccups. I also add additional insurance for high value items as well as a required signature for pickup and tracking number is provided.
