GI Joe William "Refridgerator" Perry Fridge 1986 Weapon Football Flail - $12 - (Los Alamos, NM)

Auction is for a G.I. Joe accessory for the 1986 mail-in Fridge figure. I believe the weapon is call a football flail. Weapon is in good condition. I should have cleaned it with a toothbrush before taking the pictures. The brown color in the second image comes off easy. I cleaned it a bit with a toothpick to see if it was permanent.
