All my covers have a surge finish to my stitch. The back has a running covered zipper on all my covers. All my nursing covers are made with the gusset piece as seen in the picture which gives the pillow a great curve fit like no other custom made nursing pillow cover. This fits the standard boppy pillow. Not all boppy pillows have the same filling - meaning that some pillows may be more flat then others which may affect the fitted look as seen in the picture.
