Silver Plated Candy Dish Red Glass 240 gram Plating XXXX marking - $13 - (Collinsville, IL)

Only marking is XXXXXXXX = the amount of silver used as primary plating is 240 grams Size: ~7" tall by 4.5" wide I am not sure what kind of glass this is. It appears that the coloring is wearing off/rubbed off. This happened before the item was in my possession. No cracks or chips. Please see photos as they are part of the description.
