Antique/Vintage Sheridan Silverplate 6" Tall Pedestal Nut, Dish, Bon Bon Compote.Pattern is called Rose Scroll, decorated with a rose and ribbon scrolled border and embellished pedestal. Compote is 6.5" diameter, 6" tall, weighs 15.2 ounces (nice weight). Polished up very nicely, no silver loss, pits, etc. noted. There are light surface scratches as expected for age. In the center of the bowl it is engraved "S.C.S.P. 1976" in small letters.Underside of pedestal has maker's mark engraved.
