This is a late 19th century handwoven tapestry depicting the story of the Lady and the Unicorn. The millefleurs background is with trees, flowers and castle. Several animal are shown such as a unicorn, a lion, monkey, bird, dogs. The lady in the middle wears a long dress Woven with silk and silver thread. The top part has been shortened.
