This is a vintage collectible Colonial Homes house design and planning magazine from National Plan Services, Inc. from 1962. It is in a hard plastic cover. These plans were from the Will Lumber Company in Stanley, ND. In very good condition with normal shelf wear and a very minor stain on inside cover. No missing or loose pages.
