Antique Sheffield Silver Plate Crumb Bakelite Brush Dust Pan in original Box - $20 - (Tyler, TX)

I think this is Sheffield silver plate. Back hallmarks are ribbon? crown and one more I can't make out. Has EP? in blocks above the crown etc. Has bakelite brush that is detachable. Other than tarnishing is in very good condition in original box. Box is in fair condition with spotting to satin lining and outside of box same with bends and tears.
