This is a Vintage Rhythm Tech 9” RT 2019 Shaker. This shaker employs an innovative structural design, featuring a series of internal Sound Control Ridges. These unique Ridges improve the response of the instrument, and create a crisp, present sound, with excellent definition. Its ultra light weight design, together with the Control Ridges make the Rhythm Tech Shaker easier to play. More complicated rhythmic figures are possible and playing longer is more comfortable. The sound is right for both live and recording situations with the volume necessary to cut through electric music, and the texture needed to sit well in a rhythm track.
