For your consideration is this Oceanic Delta balanced pston first stage in Excellent mechanical condition and tank tested with an IP of 130 and cosmetically a 9.7 due to imperfections as seen on photo number 3 that reflects the HP seat holder. The regulator was also second stage tested and recovers its IP Immediately after each breath is taken and very clean regulator. It comes with 6 ports, 4 LP ports, 2 HP ports.
