Tested recorder with AC adapter, including the on board condenser, and in good working order. UNABLE TO TEST with the battery as source with no 4 "C" batteries available....making no claims on functionality using the batteries but can be brushed and cleaned. Please see all pictures for complete condition...mechanically solid, surface wear consistent with age and use, surface rust around the battery compartment (few of the screws and rust wear on the battery contacts).
