Wizard Highway Alert / Message CB Radio AR-103 Portable Metal Case - $124 - (Lincoln, NE)

Wizard Highway Work Zone Alert device and programmable information radio. MODEL AR-103. Can deliver up to 3 user programmable (on air) messages at 30, 60, or 90-second intervals. Not only can you send pre-recorded messages, but you can also talk and listen to a 40-channel cb (citizens band) with squelch and transmit at 5 watts.  The unit has a Pro 5-10e inside at a transmitter.  If so desired, a hobbyist/enthusiast, could adapt/mod this device with little difficulty.  This item runs on a 12 volt power, but I did not obtain the correct power cable, (please see picture for plug type) nor do have an antenna etc. I was unable to test, selling as is. Manual included.
