Beautiful and rare silver plate table sweep or crumber set consisting of a tray and a handled crumber. Fantastic quality from the prestigious company of Kirby Beard & Co of England and Paris France. In the 1930's this company was a competitor of Hermes in quality and reputation.. They went out of business after WWII. Wonderful sophisticated modernist design with crimped edges and an exciting textured pattern resembling tree bark. The crumber has an elegant rolled handle. Excellent addition to a silent butler or art deco tableware collection!
