Antique 1903 Shabby Chic Pelouze Family Scale The Black Tin Family Scale is marked: "PELOUZE FAMILY SCALE 24 LBS. PATENTED Dec.27,'98. MAR.14,'99,MAR.28,'99. JUNE 23,'03. PATS. PEND'G. PELOUZE MANUFACTURING CO. CHICAGO, U.S.A." There is a Decal on each side of the scale marked: ""QUALITY PELOUZE PELOUZE MFG. CO. CHICAGO". Not for the perfectionist but for the lover of time worn shabby chic beauty! !!!SOLD AS IS!!! If there is something specific you need to know, please ask questions! Used condition. There are scruffs, scratches, & stains to the scale due to use, age, & storage. The numbers on the face of the scale are very worn. The face is worn & stained. The face is bent & loose from the scale but will not fall off. The decals are worn. The black paint on the entire scale is very worn. There is surface rust. The dial tip is bent. Needs to be cleaned, if desired. Approximate Measurements: 5 5/8" x 8 5/8" x 8". Condition: Used condition with wear consistent with age & use. Other conditions are listed above.
