It is from the 1980's and is in very good condition! It's made for the Korg DP2000 and DP3000 series of digital piano keyboards. This card needs no extra Waveform card, as it contains the additional data on it by itself. There are 30 various sounds on it, and it comes with it's sound list card, as seen in the photos.
