Vintage Steiff Sterling Silver RYE Liquor Decanter Bottle Tag Label - $30 - (Constantia, NY)

This is an early Scotch sterling silver decanter tag as shown. Measures 2" across with a chain. Back is marked Steiff Sterling with a CW hallmark with arrow. Could use a good cleaning.
