#684 VAN BRIGGLE MOTH VASE ~ 1930s ERA ~ MULBERRY MATTE VASE This vase is in very good condition without any chips or cracks. There is some very light crazing throughout the glaze, but you really have to get close up while examining it to see it. The bottom of the vase is marked in cursive writing. Of course at the top you have the conjoint A mark, below that are incised the words, "VAN BRIGGLE, Colo. Sprgs." This vase is approximately 3-1/2" tall, nearly 3-3/4" wide at the top and the base is approximately 2-3/8" wide. This vase would be a wonderful addition to any art pottery collection!
