Reed & Barton Francis I Compote Bowl Sterling 8" (# 568) – Original Sticker The Francis I pattern was introduced in 1907 by Reed & Barton of Taunton, Massachusetts. This Sterling Compote is in Very Good Condition. I lightly polished this compote, leaving the original patina to enhance the designs. (As I chose not to rub hard, a few tarnish spots remain; a thorough cleaning should take care of them. See last photo.) The Original Sticker is still on the underside of this compote.
