Just gorgeous!Art Deco 1929Samuel M LeviSterling Silver Engine turned CaseThis very well made case is hefty and solid.108 grams or 3.8 ounces.This is not lined, it is all solid sterling.The hinges are strong. Snaps tightly shut.Measures approx. 3.25" squareby just over .5 inches thick. Hallmarked SML for Samuel M Leviand an Anchor, Lion and B passantsfor Sterling Silver and Birmingham.There is another Lion and B passant on the other side of the case indicating the year 1929. This case is free from all damage! No dings, dents, monograms or removals.It was very well cared for!Inside still has some gold wash and the original golden elastic holders.Engine turned pin stripe pattern on both front and back with chevrons in between. Truly lovely! There is even a 3/4 inch cartouchefor a future monogram or engraving, should you decide to get one. This really is a nice one! Thanks for stopping.
