Beautiful hand painted double handled PV Vessra cake plate. It measures approximately 9-1/2" from tip of handles. Elegant pink & white lilies with green leaves & gold gilded rim. No chips or cracks. Paint has some very small scratches & gilding is worn some. None of this takes away from the beauty of this plate.
