Vintage BUFFALO FORGE Blacksmith Coal burner original stand and plate barbecue - $399 - (Buffalo, NY)
Buffalo forge portable forge. All parts are original. The heat shield installed is not original. But if you look in pics I have the original. The one installed now was just to protect more from the heat. This thing works like new. The frame is original and very heavy. As is the coal plate. This forge has not had any cosmetic work done to it all original vintage rust/paint etc. The door vent on the bottom open and closes. When you crank this a unbelievable amount of air flows out. You would think there is a very very large motor powering it. There is some historic value to this item for some people. It was used to teach orphan children metal work in buffalo at the Father Baker home. From what I was told there was a teacher who taught children metal work via the Catholic church and Father Baker. And this was the forge he used. Good luck
